Service Description

European Entremets are highly flavorful cakes that have many layers and textures. Have your child (age 7-17) join me in this hands on class where we will make a variety of entremets and explore a variety of advanced techniques. Class runs 6/19, 6/20, 6/21 and 6/22 from 11:00-2:00. Please send your child with lunch

Cancelation Policy

In the event a student needs to cancel a booked class, cancellation more than 5 days prior to the date of the class, the option to reschedule to another class is available (subject to availability within that class) or full refund. Cancellation of a class 5-2 days prior to the scheduled class, a 50% fee shall apply or the option to reschedule. No shows or same day cancellations will not be refunded.
