Service Description

I LOVE talking about chocolate! This is a specialty of mine. Adults, please join me in this hands-on class where we will explore the science and flavors of chocolate in both savory and sweet applications. We will cover tempering chocolate and why we do it. We will make 3 courses based on chocolate. We will taste a variety of chocolates from a variety of regions, and we will pair it all with wine! Class runs on 2/9 from 5:30-9:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

In the event a student needs to cancel a booked class, cancellation more than 5 days prior to the date of the class, the option to reschedule to another class is available (subject to availability within that class) or full refund. Cancellation of a class 5-2 days prior to the scheduled class, a 50% fee shall apply or the option to reschedule. No shows or same day cancellations will not be refunded.
